  • If possible, avoid anti-histamine and decongestant drugs the day before your treatment.

    1. Eat and drink some water prior to coming to your appointment.

    2. Wear a shirt that can easily be rolled up.

    3. Wear comfortable clothes as the treatment will take 30-60 minutes.

    4. Arrive 5-10 min before your appointment.
