How Does The Skin Club Membership Work?
Step 1.
Sign up for the membership in person during your next visit by signing the membership contract and paying the annual fee $149 or ($125 for the first 100 members).
Step 2.
During your checkout, pay the Skin Club Member discounted price for the treatments you received.
Enjoy the savings!
Step 3.
Visit us as often as you’d like (every 3-4 months for Botox, monthly facials, etc.) and enjoy all the member-only perks and discounted prices in our services.

Membership Overview
Annual fee: $125 CAD, giving access to:
Flat-rate Botox ($325 per session)
Therapeutic Botox ($599 per area for TMJ, migraines, excessive sweating, shoulders)
Dermal filler ($499 per syringe)
One complimentary touch-up per treatment (injector discretion)
Exclusive member-only bundles and pricing
$50 referral credit for each new member
10% off all skincare products
Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. No refunds once paid.
Eligibility & Consultation
Membership is open to clients 18 years or older.
A personalized consultation is required for first-time members to ensure safe and effective treatments.
Auto-Renewal & Credit Card
Membership auto-renews every 12 months using the credit card on file.
To cancel, provide 30 days’ notice via email before renewal.
Credit card on file may also be charged for late cancellations or no-shows as described below.
Booking & No-Shows
Treatments are booked as needed; sessions are not guaranteed.
Late cancellations / missed appointments: Must reschedule within 10 days of the original booking to avoid a 20% charge of the session booked.
Repeated no-shows may result in membership termination.
Member Rules & Benefits
Flat-rate pricing, bundles, and perks are for active members only.
Referral rewards: $50 per new member who joins; no limit on referrals.
Touch-ups are included once per treatment, at injector discretion.
Pricing and benefits may be updated with notice, but current members retain locked rates for the year.
Memberships can be gifted; contact the clinic to arrange.
Safety & Liability
Treatments are performed by licensed, experienced professionals.
Results vary, and treatments carry inherent risks.
Members release the clinic from liability except in cases of gross negligence.
Personal and payment info is stored securely in compliance with PIPEDA; credit card data is encrypted and PCI DSS compliant.
